At SHAHE SHOTT GLASS Co., Ltd., our dedication to glass craftsmanship extends to redefining small yet impactful details—like the edges of cabinet doors, where precision can elevate an entire space. We’ve perfected satin sandblasted glass solutions, paired with meticulous edge grinding, to create cabinet doors that blend soft texture, sleek lines, and lasting durability. Our core values—precision, artistry, and functionality—shape every product, because we understand that cabinet glass isn’t just a panel; it’s a design element that ties kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces together. Every satin sandblasted glass piece bearing the SHAHE SHOTT GLASS Co., Ltd. name carries our promise: to deliver edges that are as smooth as the glass’s surface, and designs that turn ordinary cabinets into statement pieces. Satin Sandblasted Glass Features Smooth Edge Grinding for Cabinet Doors Satin sandblasted glass from SHAHE SHOTT GLASS Co., Ltd. features smooth edge grinding that eliminates sharpness and enhances the elegance of cabinet doors. Our satin sandblasted glass undergoes a three-step edge process: first, rough grinding to shape the edge, then fine grinding to smooth imperfections, and finally, polishing to create a seamless, rounded finish that feels soft to the touch. This grinding ensures the glass fits perfectly into cabinet frames without gaps, and prevents snags on clothing or accidental scratches—critical for cabinets used daily. Unlike low-quality sandblasted glass with uneven, sharp edges, ours maintains the same premium feel across every surface, from the satin-etched face to the finished edge. A kitchen designer using our satin sandblasted glass for custom cabinetry reported that clients consistently commented on the “luxurious feel” of the edges, noting it made the cabinets feel more high-end than standard options. For us, edge grinding in satin sandblasted glass is about perfection; every detail matters when creating pieces that enhance daily living. Sandblasting Engraving Adds Custom Details to Satin Sandblasted Glass Cabinet Doors Sandblasting engraving by SHAHE SHOTT GLASS Co., Ltd. adds custom details to satin sandblasted glass cabinet doors, turning plain panels into unique design elements that reflect personal style. Our sandblasting engraving uses high-pressure abrasive techniques to create intricate patterns—from subtle geometric lines and floral motifs to custom monograms or brand logos—directly onto the satin glass surface. The engraving depth is controlled to maintain the glass’s soft texture while adding visual contrast; deeper engravings create bold accents, while lighter ones offer understated elegance. We work with clients to refine designs, ensuring the engraving complements cabinet hardware and overall room decor—whether modern, traditional, or rustic. A homeowner using our sandblasting engraving on kitchen cabinet doors praised the custom vine pattern, noting it tied the glass to their backsplash tile and made the space feel “one-of-a-kind.” For us, sandblasting engraving is about storytelling; it lets cabinet doors carry details that make a home feel personal. Sandblasted Glass Design Balances Privacy and Light for Cabinet Doors Sandblasted glass design from SHAHE SHOTT GLASS Co., Ltd. balances privacy and light for cabinet doors, a key need for spaces like kitchen pantries (hiding cluttered shelves) or bathroom vanities (concealing toiletries). Our sandblasted glass design for cabinets uses varying degrees of satin texture—denser textures for maximum privacy (ideal for bathroom cabinets) and lighter textures for partial privacy (great for kitchen cabinets displaying dishware). The design retains the glass’s light-transmitting properties, so cabinets don’t block natural light or make rooms feel dark. Unlike solid wood or opaque panels, our sandblasted glass design keeps spaces bright while hiding unwanted clutter. A hotel using our sandblasted glass design for bathroom vanities reported that guests appreciated the privacy, while housekeepers noted the glass made it easy to check if toiletries needed restocking. For us, sandblasted glass design is about balance; it should offer privacy without sacrificing the openness that makes a space feel welcoming. Satin Sandblasted Glass FAQs Can Satin Sandblasted Glass with Edge Grinding Be Used for Cabinet Doors in Humid Areas Like Bathrooms? Yes, our satin sandblasted glass with edge grinding is ideal for bathroom cabinet doors. The edge sealant resists moisture, and the satin texture doesn’t absorb water, preventing mold or warping—making it durable even in high-humidity environments. How Does Sandblasting Engraving Hold Up to Daily Cleaning of Cabinet Doors? Our sandblasting engraving is highly durable and withstands daily cleaning. The engraving is etched into the glass (not a surface coating), so it won’t fade or wear off when wiped with a damp cloth and mild cleaner—perfect for cabinets that need regular upkeep. Can Sandblasted Glass Design Be Matched to Existing Cabinet Hardware? Absolutely, our sandblasted glass design can be matched to existing cabinet hardware. We offer texture and engraving options that complement metal finishes—subtle patterns for sleek chrome, warmer motifs for brass—to ensure the glass and hardware work in harmony. Is the Edge Grinding of Satin Sandblasted Glass Available in Different Styles? Yes, our satin sandblasted glass offers multiple edge grinding styles, including rounded (soft, safe for homes with children), beveled (sleek, for modern cabinets), and flat-polished (minimalist, for contemporary designs) to fit different cabinet aesthetics. Does Satin Sandblasted Glass for Cabinet Doors Require Special Care to Maintain Its Edge Quality? No, our satin sandblasted glass requires no special care. Regular cleaning with a soft cloth and mild soap is enough to maintain both the edge quality and the satin surface—avoid only abrasive cleaners that could scratch the glass or edges.
Several Processing
We have built up two automatic cutting lines. The Intermac Cutting Table supports the maximum precision and minimum cutting tolerance. Accurate cutting is the priority of all the further glass and mirror processing.
To give our customer the glass of best edging quality and precision, we set 6 cnc work centers to grind edges and corners on different kind of glass and mirror. Min workable size is 250*200mm and max workable size is 3660*2500mm, tolerance +-0.5mm, 1.6mm-19mm thickness.
Colorful logo and graphics can be printed on glass and mirror products by our silk screen printing line and UV-printer. Skilled engineers can give you solutions regarding glass pattern design, and anti-UV ink.
We set up 2 lines of double edging grinding line to combine accuracy and efficiency. Workable on C-edge and flat-edge, range 65mm-3100mm, matte and polished.
Glass tempering furnace can produce half tempered glass 1.3mm-19mm, and fully tempered glass 3mm-19mm. Everyday capacity is 5000sqm.
Irregular holes and ultra thick glass can not be processed with general cutting table. We set up 3 waterjet cutting lines to make custom glass holes. The advantage is that Waterjet finish does not need further processing before tempering.
We have 8 acid reacting pool for matte glass, ag glass, and acid etched glass. The horizontal producing line max processing size is 2850*4200mm, and vertical pool max glass processing size is 2000*2800.
Our history started since 1996, from a family-owned factory to a global target company.
3 plants of total 20000sqm workshop enables us to do all glass processing including precision processing, acid surface processing, and mirror fabricating.
We have developed an experienced team 24hour ready to make your designing to real products and give you whole process services.
Our tempered glass panel products surpass requirements of GB15763.2-2005, and LED Mirror is FCC certified with UL certified components. Pattern glass is certified by CMA&CNAS.
